Day 1: Colombo Airport- Habarana - Arrival


We are happy to welcome you to the Paradise of the Indian Ocean.
You will be transferred to Habarana Village to relax after the long flight.
Spend the afternoon relaxing with a good book and a cup of Ceylon tea in the beautiful gardens.

You have just arrived so we suggest you take it easy today.

Day 2: Habarana - Trincomalee


After a delicious breakfast, depart to Trincomalee for your perfect beach holiday on the East coast.

Optional: En-route visit Kanniya Hot Water Springs.

You will be experiencing a boat trip to Pigeon Island which is one of the beautiful marine national parks of Sri Lanka. The national park is situated 1 km off the coast of Nilaveli, a coastal town in Eastern Province. The national park contains some of the best remaining coral reefs of Sri Lanka.

Rest of the evening is at leisure.

Day 3: Trincomalee


Rise up early today to go Whale / Dolphin watching.
Trincomalee has the most popular east coast seaside hamlet in Sri Lanka, famous for its powdery sandy beach and turquoise blue shallow waters.
You will have the best opportunity to go to the deep waters, sailing to their resident colonies to see these marine giants, Blue Whales of Sri Lanka.

Day 4: Trincomalee / Passikudha


Relish on a delicious breakfast and head along the Eastern coast to Passikudah.

The white, sandy beaches and the calm & shallow waters makes it the most perfect and safest spots for sea baths. Pamper yourself surrounded by nature and the tropical sun.

Day 5: Passikudha


Breakfast at the hotel.


Today the day is at leisure for you to relax in the white sandy beaches.

Day 6: Passikudha - Sigiriya


It’s a new day and a whole heap of experiences awaits for you…
Enjoy a delicious breakfast and head over to Sigiriya.
On route visit the ancient city of Polonaruwa, The archeological city of Polonnaruwa is built on a well-planned scheme where the sites are easily accessible and in close proximity to one another. Some of the highlights that you would visit are: Ruins of the Royal Palace of King Parakramabahu, Vatadage and Gal Vihare, which depicts the talents of the age old architecture and sculpture.

After experiencing the tranquility of Polonaruwa you will be going to Minneriya National park for some soft adventure during your stay visit for an evening safari.
Minneriya National Park is famous for sighting herds of Sri Lankan elephants. This National Park is also abundant with Axis Deer, Water Monitor and Crocodiles. The park is popular for sighting of large herds of elephants, which sometimes ranges from 100 to 200 elephants at one time.

Day 7: Sigiriya


Rise up early morning to visit an identified local family to donate a bundle of essentials. This village is bordering the minneriya park, where humble farmers go through so much difficulty to survive the day with scarcity for water and electricity. Their main livelihood is cultivating crops and vegetables and adverse weather conditions.
Even through these hardships they would welcome you with a warm smile. Enjoy a hot cup of tea while engaging in a friendly conversation.
In the evening climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress which is the royal palace of King Kasphyapa, whose desire was to build an impregnable fortress and rule the country. His reign was short-lived as and later this fortress was converted to a monastery. There are about 1200+ steps to reach the summit and once at the top you can get the bird’s eye view of the leafy villages down below. On your way up you will witness the Sigirya Frescos, the mural artwork of ladies bearing flowers and the ‘Mirror Wall’ which contains the expressions of the visitors who were mesmerized by the vibrant frescoes.
Catch a glimpse of the scenic sunset from the summit of the rock.
After a tiring day, head back to your hotel and have a good night’s sleep.

Day 8: Sigiriya / Colombo


As you’re almost nearing the end of your holiday in Sri Lanka, leave to the chic metropolitan city of Colombo.
Stop over at the Dambulla Cave Temple to explore the beautiful mural paintings which depicts the life of Lord Buddha.
Once you arrive in Colombo, Visit the magnificent Gangarama Temple and later on hop on to a tuk tuk and take a city tour to familiarize yourself with your last stop in Sri Lanka..

Day 9: Colombo


Hope you had a great holiday in Sri Lanka… and sadly it’s time to leave. You will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
